Where can I find my donation receipt?

If you gave on our website, you would have been sent a receipt to the email address you gave us. Check your junk mail if you don’t see it within an hour. If you need us to send another receipt, please contact us here!

If you gave at an event by dipping your card in the DipJar click here and follow the easy instructions! Thank you!

Do you take clothing donations?

When donating on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following two ways:

1) To serve you. The email address you provide for donation processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your donation. Unless you decide to opt-in to our newsletter.

2) To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All credit cards are processed securely through Stripe, a leading provider of payment gateway services online.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Stripe.com is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards/financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
